This one-day seminar is intended for members of Boards and Committees and all other persons interested in planning strategically at a personal/organizational level.  The session will seek to provide the foundation guidelines regarding the development of a basic Strategic Plan.  Subsequent sessions will look at its implementation and evaluation.   Topics will include:
